World Malaria Day

Since 2008, the global community comes together to commemorate World Malaria Day on April 25. World Malaria Day was established by WHO Member States as an occasion to highlight the need for continued investment and sustained political commitment for malaria prevention and control.

World Malaria Day is a chance to shine a spotlight on the global effort to control malaria. Each year, Roll Back Malaria (RBM) partner organisations unite around a common World Malaria Day theme.
