European Alliance Against Malaria (CAM)

The European Alliance Against Malaria is a group of organisations based throughout Europe who specialise in the field of global health and poverty. We are a united voice demanding that key stakeholders in Europe take decisive and urgent action against malaria as part of global efforts to reduce poverty and meet the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs). The Alliance is guided by the MDGs with the main focus on MDG 6.

The mission of the Kaiser Family Foundation is to provide timely, reliable, and non-partisan information on national health issues to policymakers, the media, and the general public. To advance that mission, the Foundation established kaisernetwork.org in November 2000.

The Kenya NGO/Private Sector Alliance Against Malaria, KeNAAM, was formally established in August 2003 and began operation in November 2003 after organizations came together around malaria at a CORE-sponsored regional Fresh Air Malaria Workshop. The rationale for forming KeNAAM was to create a forum to bring together NGO and private sector members to work together in a more coordinated manner to address Roll Back Malaria (RBM)/IMCI activities.

Gala Concert "YOUTH UNITED AGAINST MALARIA", held on the occasion of the United Nations Global Youth Leadership Summit, that brought together young community leaders from around the world to discuss strategies to achieve the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) by 2015.
