Les Combinaisons Thérapeutiques à base d'Artémisinine (ACTs ou CTAs) ci-dessous sont recommandées par l'OMS pour le traitement du paludisme provoqué par P. falciparum (en ordre alphabétique):
- artemether-lumefantrine,
- artesunate + amodiaquine,
- artesunate + mefloquine,
- artesunate + sulfadoxine–pyrimethamine,
- dihydroartemisinin + piperaquine,
- artesunate + pyronaridine tetraphosphate.
