Central Africa Roll Back Malaria Network (CARN)

CARN countries

The Central Africa Roll Back Malaria Network (CARN) coordinates partner support on technical and operational issues for going to scale with effective malaria control interventions to 8 Central African countries.

The CARN was officially established at an inaugural meeting in Libreville, Gabon, 5-6 April 2005.

CARN's First annual meeting was held 8 December 2005 in Douala, Cameroun.

Six countries from the CARN participated in a sub-regional workshop on Global Fund round 6 malaria proposals, 11-13 July 2006 in Douala, Cameroun.
